WALTER FRIES Corporate Finance exclusively advised Mr. Martin Mantz, the shareholder of Martin Mantz Compliance Solutions GmbH, on the sale of the company to DuMont Business Information.
As part of its strategic development, DuMont Business Information is expanding its portfolio in the field of RegTech. Reguvis Fachmedien GmbH, a DuMont Group company, is acquiring Martin Mantz GmbH – a leading provider of digital compliance solutions. Together, the company plans to expand further and effective, legally conformant and intermedial compliance solutions.
