WALTER FRIES Corporate Finance GmbH exclusively advised the shareholders of APE Engineering GmbH on the sale of the company to ROBUR Industry Service Group GmbH (Munich).
With the acquisition of APE Engineering GmbH, ROBUR strengthens the automation and digital competence of the group and meets the requirements and needs of its customers in this range of tasks. As a result of this merger, more than 300 colleagues within ROBUR are now focusing on the challenges of digitalization, developing innovative automation solutions and shaping the future of German industry (IND4.0):
