The strategic merger of the two companies due to a succession solution creates a strongly positioned logistics service provider in the Rhine-Main area.
The portfolio of the company Schloter with the focus on freight forwarding and warehouse logistics fits very well to the services of TEAMLOG and complements the portfolio, as does the location in the port of Aschaffenburg. Another important point of this takeover is to secure further transport capacities on the market and in the competitive environment.
The well-established name Spedition Schloter GmbH & Co. KG will be continued in the future.
