Trade Sale Künzig + Bleuel to Peter Grampp

WALTER FRIES Corporate Finance advised the Bleuel family as shareholders of Künzig + Bleuel GmbH exclusively on the integration into the Autohaus Grampp Group.

With the takeover of Künzig + Bleuel GmbH, the Grampp Group is expanding its catchment area by a further location and is now represented at various locations in Lohr and Karlstadt as well as in Aschaffenburg. For Künzig + Bleuel GmbH, the merger will consolidate an optimal succession solution. This is accompanied by numerous advantages, such as greater volumes and better purchasing conditions, as well as a strengthening of the position vis-à-vis the manufacturers. The philosophy of the Grampp Group includes securing its location and expanding its business activities with existing resources.
