WALTER FRIES Corporate Finance advised the shareholder of ex°Celsius Global Services GmbH and ex°Celsius Rental Services GmbH exclusively on the sale of the company to the ROBUR Industry Service Group GmbH.
In order to exploit growth opportunities in international business even more than before and to initiate the succession solution in the future, the ROBUR Group acquires the majority stake in the corporate group. Through this strategic acquisition, the company expects significant growth opportunities in an attractive market environment for industrial kilns and burner system services in the glass industry worldwide. The structure of the company remains untouched. The former shareholder remains as managing director in the company as well as the complete employee base. Further synergies from the ROBUR Group are to be expected.
