WALTER FRIES Corporate Finance has advised the shareholders of Premium Mounting Technologies GmbH & Co. KG (PMT) exclusively on the sale of the company to GOLDBECK SOLAR GmbH through the entire transaction process.
Within a few years, the niche-based company PMT grew to become a pioneer in the solar industry with its revolutionary mounting system. After successful years of expansion, the shareholders decided to sell the shares of the company. After this transaction the management will remain in place, but will now focus more on the technical development of the products.
With its subsidiary GOLDBECK SOLAR GmbH, the owner managed GOLDBECK SOLAR Group specializes in the development, planning and construction of large solar power plants. Both companies strategically pursue the same goals and complement each other very well. With the acquisition of PMT, GOLDBECK SOLAR expands its product range and thereby enters new markets. Especially the product launch of the so-called Agri-PV, is worth mentioning. It combines solar power plants with effective protection of agricultural crops, animal herds and rearing facilities.
