WALTER FRIES Immobilien is a service provider, developer and visionary. Above all, it is the crucial link between authorities, tenants, residents, investors and lenders. This requires great know-how beyond specialist knowledge. Often we act as mediators. We find financing solutions for existing property in challenging situations by mediating between creditors and debtors. We strive to understand the interests of all parties involved in the project and bring the necessary tact and instinct to the table. This allows us to develop solutions that each party can identify with.

In order to accomplish this important task, our planning is anchored in sustainability and foresight.
